Human Resources Records (AU Medical Center)
Records maintains and controls access to AU Medical Center employees’ personnel files. The goal of the section is to keep accurate hard copy and electronic personnel records. Supervisors may review the personnel file of those employees in their areas of responsibility in the presence of a HR Records staff member. In addition, a current employee may review his/her own personnel file in the presence of a HR Records staff member.
Employment verifications can be faxed to 706-721-4106 or scanned to AUMC_Records@augusta.edu. HR Records will provide you with the requested information within 48 business hours.
Effective October 31, 2017, AU Medical Center, Inc. will no longer respond directly to any employment verification requests. We use EmpInfo to process employment and income verifications. This service provides you the ability to instantly verify employment and/or income of our current and former employees. The service is available online 24x7.
