Distribution of Surveys: All surveys, with the exception of Behavioral Health, are distributed by Press Ganey Associates, Inc. Press Ganey mails surveys to GRHealth patients on a daily basis. The surveys for Behavioral Health are distributed to the patients at the time of their clinic visit or discharge from one of the inpatient units.

 

Reports:  All surveys are returned to Press Ganey, where the data entry and report generation takes place. Monthly and Quarterly Reports are prepared by PFCC's Patient Engagement staff and distributed internally. The quarterly reports are received in January, April, July, and October (JAJO).

 

Performance Goals: The percentile rankings for the performance goals are set for each fiscal year. For FY16 the rankings are:
